DIGITAL HEALTH ECOSYSTEM

Healthcare Access Anywhere

Healthcare access, wherever people live

MEDTRAC™ is a digital health platform for health assessments, triage, telemedicine and community-based care. It is designed to operate across clinics, health hubs and remote communities, including environments where connectivity and healthcare infrastructure are limited.

Free or subsidised community access can be sustained through businesses, premium services and public-private partnerships.

Initially focused on African deployment, with applications planned for underserved communities worldwide.

The ecosystem

One digital health platform. Optional infrastructure.

MEDTRAC™ is the primary digital health platform. NETLITE™ and AQUAPOWER are optional infrastructure components that can enable MEDTRAC™ deployment in communities where reliable telecommunications, electricity and water are limited or unavailable.

Where MEDTRAC operates - Deployment Scenarios

How it works

From assessment to care — in the community

MEDTRAC™ connects intake, triage, practitioner support and telemedicine so people can start care where they are — not only at the hospital.

01

Assess

Guided questionnaires and screening capture structured health information on phone, hub or clinic systems.

02

Triage

Digital triage helps route people to the right next step — self-care, community support, clinic or remote review.

03

Support

Practitioners and community health workers use decision-support tools with the professional remaining in the loop.

04

Connect

Telemedicine and referral pathways extend specialist and diaspora support into underserved settings.

Why MEDTRAC™

A connected digital health platform

MEDTRAC brings together mobile intake, structured triage, telemedicine, community health hubs and practitioner networks — so people can access the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Digital Health Gateway

The front door to the MEDTRAC ecosystem. A mobile-first health intake and screening platform that can be used from home, in the community or in the field.

Digital Triage

Structured assessment and routing capability designed to help identify appropriate next-step healthcare pathways.

Telemedicine Network

Supports remote consultations, practitioner review, follow-up care and specialist access.

Community Health Hub

A local healthcare access point supporting community health programmes, screening initiatives and remote healthcare delivery.

Clinic & Practitioner Network

Supports private healthcare providers, clinics and practitioners through digital intake, triage and patient management workflows.

Digital health sensing

Wireless sensor for clinical decision-support

MEDTRAC™ has designed its own wireless digital health sensor to capture additional physiological data for practitioner review and clinical decision-support.

Used within the Community Health Hub, the MEDTRAC™ sensor helps build a broader picture of an individual’s health status by combining sensor data with structured health intake, symptoms, history and digital triage information.
