Pilot 1
Pilot 1 — EUR 100K
Three locations in one country using existing clinics, telecommunications and power. No NETLITE™ or AQUAPOWER.
Funding
Support software development, education and training, testing, infrastructure and staged MEDTRAC™ pilot programmes.
MEDTRAC™ is seeking development and pilot funding to move from its Malta proving ground into structured deployment programmes in Africa and other underserved communities.
Three staged pilot options are available — EUR 100K, EUR 250K and EUR 495K — depending on locations, countries and whether NETLITE™ / AQUAPOWER infrastructure is required. Final budgets are adjusted after scope is confirmed.
EUR 100K · 250K · 495K
Indicative MEDTRAC™ pilot funding targets: EUR 100K, EUR 250K or EUR 495K, depending on scale, countries and infrastructure needs.
All figures are indicative planning estimates with a 10% contingency allowance — not guaranteed pricing or a fixed quotation. Final budgets will be adjusted after countries, locations, staffing, equipment and validation objectives have been confirmed.
Pilot options
Choose the scale that matches country readiness, infrastructure needs and funding capacity. Full scope, delivery detail and accounting-style budgets are on the pilot programme page.
Pilot 1
Three locations in one country using existing clinics, telecommunications and power. No NETLITE™ or AQUAPOWER.
Pilot 2
Ten locations across two countries, including three NETLITE™ and AQUAPOWER-enabled sites and seven using existing infrastructure.
Pilot 3
Twenty-five locations across three countries, with approximately eight NETLITE™ and AQUAPOWER-enabled sites.
Funding categories
The immediate objective is software development, education, testing, infrastructure and the first African pilot — with Africa as the priority deployment region, not the only future market.
Core funding category for building and refining the deployable digital health platform, education capability and country-ready application packs.
Internal development milestones (such as questionnaire releases) sit inside this platform category — they are not separate public funding asks.
Planned and ongoing work to refine tools, workflows and field readiness. This does not imply that final clinical validation or regulatory approval has already been achieved.
Connectivity and local application infrastructure that can support MEDTRAC™ services in constrained community environments, with AQUAPOWER support for resilient power where appropriate. Both are optional — added where reliable telecommunications or electricity are limited.
Structured first-pilot delivery intended to generate operating evidence, country-specific implementation learning and a scalable cost model.
Outcomes
The initial funding is intended to produce a practical foundation for community deployment and further rollout planning — not guaranteed commercial returns.
