The MEDTRAC™ Health Questionnaire is being developed through successive versions — from clinic-tested Version 2 toward Version 4 as the target for the African pilot, operating online and offline across mobile phones, cloud platforms and NETLITE™ Community Internet Hubs.
Questionnaire and Triage platform
Versioned health questionnaires support structured intake, triage and follow-up assessment. Design input comes from experienced African health professionals acting as subject-matter experts.
- Version 2: Deployed and tested through Atlantis Clinic. A limited new-client onboarding version is available to try.
- Version 3: Multiple questionnaires with recovery after intermittent internet connectivity
- Version 4: Target version for the African pilot. Requires dedicated development funding; will operate online and offline across mobile phones, cloud platforms and NETLITE™ Community Internet Hubs.
Version 4 capabilities (planned)
Version 4 is the African pilot target and is intended to support:
- Intermittent and delayed synchronisation
- Recovery to the last completed question after connection loss
- Multiple country- and population-specific questionnaires
- Personalised questionnaire delivery through the portal for targeted follow-up questions
- Integration with MEDTRAC™ screening and clinical decision support
- Structured data collection for African pilot validation and future scale-up
- Design input from experienced African health professionals acting as subject-matter experts
